1. Who we are
Bloomi is an online learning platform operated by KR Groups [REVIEW: legal entity name and ABN], based in Queensland, Australia. These terms are a contract between us and the parent or guardian who creates the account.
2. Accounts are parent-first
Only an adult with parental responsibility for a child may create an account, add that child, and grant the consents that switch on individual features. Student logins exist for children to practise, and never expose prices, billing, or settings. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
3. The service and your subscription
The free tier includes the Readiness Check and limited features. The Family plan is billed yearly at the price shown at checkout (currently A$16.99/month equivalent) and covers all children in your family account. You can cancel any time from your account — cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end. Prices include GST where applicable. 4. What Bloomi is — and isn't
Bloomi provides practice, insight, and preparation support. It is not a school, a tutor-of-record, or a guarantee of any NAPLAN result. Readiness estimates are indications from sample questions, not official results. NAPLAN is a trade mark of ACARA. Bloomi is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ACARA.
5. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence (writing marks and report narration). AI output is always labelled, grounded in your child's real answers, and validated before display; where a mark is low-confidence it is queued for human review. AI features only operate with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other families' data, probe or overload the service, scrape or resell content, or use the platform for anything unlawful. Question and lesson content is our intellectual property (with Australian Curriculum material © ACARA, used under CC BY 4.0) — personal family use only.
7. Privacy and children's data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect (deliberately minimal for children), how consent works, and how to request deletion or export of your family's data at any time.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months. [REVIEW: standard limitation clause.]
9. Changes and governing law
